Win a 15pk of Strongbow monthly over 12 months

Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules.

1. Only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Scottish & Newcastle Group, any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families.

2. Follow instructions on mobile to enter the draw to win 15pk 440ml of Strongbow once a month over 12 months. Standard text rates apply. To participate in the offer you must reply to text by sending BOW before 6.00pm on 31 October 2008.

3. The promoter is not responsible for text transmission difficulties or failure, non-availability, loss, late receipt or damage of any text entry through failure of the mobile telephone system or transmission failure.

4. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost entries. Entry indicates acceptance of terms and conditions.

5. Closing date for entries is 6pm 31.10.08.
The draw will take place on 05.11.08 and will be made by an independent judge. The winners will be the first 50 entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries. Winners will be contacted by telephone or letter within 14 days of the draw.

6. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner’s details will be available after 28.07.08 by sending an SAE to ‘Bowtime Competition’ Scottish & Newcastle UK Ltd, 2-4 Broadway Park, EDINBURGH EH12 9JZ.

7. There is no cash or other alternative to this offer in whole or in part.

8. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
